EXECUTIVE BIOGRAPHIES

Susan A. DeRoche, Executive Director
Member, Board of Directors

Sue joined Harbor Capital Advisors, Inc. in May 2006 and currently serves as a Vice President and Compliance Director. From 1981 – 2006, Sue was employed by Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale & Dorr, her most recent position being Securities Specialist with the Investment Management Group. Sue specializes in federal and state securities laws, including monitoring regulatory matters and developing compliance systems for registered broker-dealers and investment advisors.

Sue is a founding member of the Blue Sky Educational Roundtable Program that meets in cooperation with the North American Securities Administrators Association and has instructed at a number of the Association's conferences on federal and state securities laws, broker/dealers and investment advisers. She is also an associate member of the American Bar Association.

Terry Apruzzese, Executive Vice President
Member, Board of Directors

Ms. Apruzzese is Guggenheim Real Estate LLC's Chief Compliance Officer and is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable statutes and regulations. Prior to joining Guggenheim Real Estate LLC, Terry was Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer of Hale and Dorr Capital Management, LLC, a small private wealth management firm in Boston, Massachusetts. She is a graduate of Bentley College and holds a Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law. She is a licensed attorney in Massachusetts.

Larry Kaplan, CPA, Treasurer
Founding Member

Larry joined CBIZ Tofias in May 2009. Larry is a shareholder in the Accounting and Auditing Group. He was previously the Managing Partner of the Massachusetts practice of UHY LLP. Larry has more than 24 years of audit and consulting experience working with middle market and emerging companies. He provides financial expertise in a variety of audit and financial reporting engagements for both publicly and privately held companies in the broker/dealer, securities, investment advisor, hedge fund, manufacturing, professional services and construction industries. He provides management consulting services including business acquisitions and due diligence, and litigation support.

Larry is a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He also served as the Past President of the Blue Hills Country Club.
